Moderator and Testicular Cancer Survivor
Hi, my name is Michael Acosta. I am a 29-year old Testicular Cancer Survivor. I was diagnosed with Stage 2B TC at age 17. I went through two surgeries, three rounds of chemo and was declared cancer free in August 2010.
My purpose in joining this group, is to be a voice and lend a helping hand in the cancer community. I want to let others know, that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and we are all in this together no matter what stage of treatment we are at. I believe my cancer diagnosis gave me a second chance, and I’m using it to give back, and help others.
I am currently a Social Media/Marketing Coordinator living in Fort Worth, TX. I also have an amazing, beautiful, and sweet girlfriend, Cassie (pictured), who makes life better each day.
