Heart Support Group

This group offers peer-to-peer support and education for people with any condition who also face heart (cardiovascular) issues. The groups goals are to help those with cardiac comorbidities understand its impact on overall health. The group will foster ongoing discussions, share personal experiences, provide education on cardiac health, explore resources, and encourage heart-heathy behaviors and active communication with the best cardio-oncologists and cardiologists we can find.
Meets the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6pm EST/EDT (US)
