In partnership with MedaFit, we connect patients and their medical team to exercise programs through highly qualified exercise counselors.

AnCan is about people helping people, peer-to-peer ….. we are peers living with various conditions and situations, who help others faced with similar issues. We do this collectively and individually by providing answers, support and navigation to empower people living with serious and chronic conditions to Be Your Own Best Advocate.

If we do, it is provided by volunteer peer mentors. Out of respect for their time, we request a donation in an amount you see fit. No one is turned away.
