About Us

AnCan | Virtual Support Calls

AnCan is about people helping people, peer-to-peer ….. we are people living with various conditions and situations, who help others faced with similar issues. We do this collectively and individually by providing answers, support and navigation to empower people living with serious and chronic conditions to address their situations.

Summer of Art – July 21 Class – Dreamy Summer Sky

On July 21st, we had so much fun once again with our very own Hannah Garrison (Artist, MS activist, and moderator for our MS virtual support group). Hannah taught us how to create summer sunset backgrounds with acrylic paint, blending, different types of clouds, stars, and mountains. You could create 100’s of art pieces that all look different from this class with all the options there are. See what our community members created with this project in the AnCan Art Gallery.

Upcoming Groups & EVENTS

*Days may change due to holidays

AnCan Foundation is a volunteer organization with a handful of paid staff. All our events are free, and all  groups are free and drop-in. AnCan has limited capacity to provide one-one-one navigation. If we do, it is provided by volunteer peer mentors. Out of respect for their time, we request a donation in an amount you see fit. No one is turned away.
