Regina Gordon has Sarcoidosis. The Founder of Sarcoidosis Fort Wayne Support Group, She was diagnosed in 1994. She is active as an Indiana Patient Ambassador for the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research, Rare Disease Advocate for the Rare Across America, active on the Cleveland Clinic Patient Panel, and a Patient Leader at WEGO Health Patient Leader Connection Platform. Her motto is “I have sarcoidosis, but it doesn’t have me”.
She is also the author of the book “To Hell with Sarcoidosis and Other Illnesses: Poetic Justice Journaling My Inner Thoughts“.
