Renal Medullary Carcinoma Patient
For the past 15 years, I have been serving in the US Army. I have enjoyed working in several different
roles all throughout the country. My current position is a Captain and I work as the Special Focus
Exercise Officer helping states plan domestic operations contingencies. I enjoy watching sports,
especially my two favorite teams, Steelers and Crimson Tide!
In 2019, I was diagnosed with Renal Medullary Carcinoma (RMC), a rare and aggressive form of kidney
cancer. I currently undergo treatment at MD Anderson in Houston, TX, where I look forward to defeating
this disease and bringing about more awareness!
