Peter Kafka is a caring, buoyant retired long-time resident of Maui, Hawaii. He was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer in 2014, undergoing a radical robotic prostatectomy then salvage radiation some 12 months later and ADT that he remains on. Peter is committed to helping fellow travelers on this road understand and cope with the twists, turns & bumps. Besides managing his own case, he advocates for friends, helping them navigate their medical management. Peter also moderates an AnCan affiliated physical group on Maui for all male cancer survivors.
