Currently on active surveillance but feeling a sense of urgency because PSA is increasing; considering TURP to treat BPH before seeking active treatment; ADT concerns; using Artera AI to determine benefits of hormone therapy (ADT); importance of genetic testing, to include DECIPHER and PROSTOX; recovering from prostatectomy (less than a week ago) and want to understand what to expect going forward; random (i.e. without having a MRI first) biopsy is not a best practice and you need to get a second opinion on biopsy results; recognizing when you are not getting good medical advice and starting over with a new medical team; radiation cystitis can be treated with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT); dealing with urge incontinence following radiation treatment.
