I forgot to ask:  Should I get a 2nd opinion on my Biopsy diagnosis of my GL 3+3 lesion? (or feel lucky about it, and sit down and be grateful)  Additionally, are there proven supplements or dietary changes that can reduce my future Prostate Cancer risk & PSA test numbers?
