Looking forward to going on a Disney Cruise with the entire family in early July. Mary and I then go on a 10 day camping trip to Yellowstone. EZH2 inhibitors: Mevrometostat (PF-06821497): An investigational selective inhibitor of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) being studied in combination with XTANDI for mCRPC. Several Phase 3 trials (MEVPRO-1 and MEVPRO-2) are ongoing.

Imodium doesn’t seem to help much. I’m hoping the gastroenterologist will prescribe Lomotil, but he initially hesitated because it’s a controlled substance.
