RT can impact bone marrow–lowering blood counts and possibly increasing fatigue. This happened to me–lowering blood counts further to below-normal–on top of impact of triplet prior to RT.
Read that ice packs have been shown to limit the effects of Pluvicto on salivary glands–study in Europe. Don’t have a reference to study yet.
